      Flat hierarchy Not bureaucratic Open Culture / Working with Israelis is an amazing experience A lot of focus is given to learning & scaling up Fun at Work

      Very fast moving environment (not sure if that is a Con) If you not hands-on, then you can not survive Expectations are a bit too high

      Pros

      - A transparent culture where every employee's feedback is welcomed. People are also very friendly and social! - Growth opportunities for top performers. JFrog recognizes talent and provides resources to grow in your roles such as management training and certifications. In some cases, employees have switched roles with full support. - Comfortable and modern offices with full chef's kitchen catering, snacks, and work experience events (Fitness classes, krav maga, holiday celebrations, friday food trucks, and team bonding events). Above average in my opinion.

      Cons

      - Three days in-office policy unless you're hired as remote - Maternity leave is not as competitive
