      Pros

      Since I joined the company it grew from a few hundred to more than a thousand employers. The company vision is still strong and very well communicated. The leadership strategy is solid and clear. The level of transparency across the whole company is incredible. Everyone is accessible and open to discussing any idea. The technology is top notch and the company keeps investing to keep the flagship products at the top while still trying to innovate with new products and solutions, including open source projects.

      Cons

      Growth caused some confusion in some processes and it is taking time for the company to find its identity on how to do some things.
