      1. The codex DNA, I am surrounded with fellow employees that I know believe in values I relate to 2. The company is so into the details in everything we do, either you do something brilliant or you don't do it at all 3. Innovation, this is a company that lead the Devops, DevSecOps domains 4. Plenty of opportunities to grow within the company

      Fast growing global company, it does come with some pains

      -This is really a Enterprise product that will have (which I personally see so know there could be bias) impact into the world of AI -The company has a great vision in where they want to go and is able to communicate that effectively across departments to align employees -Probably the best workplace operations I've ever seen that rally together and drive much of the JFrog Culture -Benefits are competitive in the market

      Cons

      -I'm not sure if this is a con per se but you have to be ready to work. I know that gets thrown around a lot but don't expect that you can come in, find a niche, and just coast once you have a mastery of an area. We're all trying to push to get more market and are passionate about it. Be ready to be uncomfortable and find your voice. -Be ready to work on an international scale with different timezones. If this is something that would affect your day to day and you see significant impact, reconsider.
