Working with knowledgeable people Learning about devops Team AWS and GCP accounts to practice Catered food in the office Good compensation but still lower then SWE in bay area

Cons

Micromanagement, bad work life balance, high pressure tasks every day, culture of telling on your peers, emailing and including management, etc.
