      Pros

      There is room to grow. You can learn a lot about many different aspects of business. Its a multinational conglomerate so there is a lot of opportunity.

      Cons

      Unfortunately there are people in upper management positions that flat out should not be in this day and age. I left the company because of my department head. There have been dozens who've left for the same reason. Multiple allegations of sexual discrimination, HR complaints, ethics line complaints & nothing changes. They've done multiple 3rd party employee engagement surveys & this particular manager gets extremely low scores. To be blunt - you do not want to make a career at a place like that. Good springboard but that is absolutely it. A company that has no ethics, no HR department to protect the employees, is not a place you want to be at long term.

      Good handson experience with alot of things. Small IT team so have great scope to manage & learn alot and handson.

      Cons

      Management Poor benefits(vacation, leave policy etc) Low flexibility with wfh & leaves Less pay
