good medical insurance, and a weekly check to pay bills. Also meet alot of hardworking people in the same boat with you.

They take your life away. It's all work-work-work. no time for yourself or family. They don't respect you as an individual,

Management cares only about one thing. Money. How much the employees make is more important than what they know, or could contribute to the company... Sad. JBS is quickly losing good people who take their experience about the company with them. Their is a very high turnover rate. This will only hurt the company. You get what you pay for....
