      Co-workers are all really hard workers and great people to work with.

      Cons

      Not a lot of training opportunities. The work load is unreasonable for anyone and they keep piling it on with little compensation or recognition.

      Lots of growth potenetial for those that seek it. the pay isnt bad but you do have to remember the cost of living is high so it doesnt really balance out.

      it very unamerican and the leadership is mediocre at best. they have no regard fro your personal life.

      Great place to work. Good culture and values. Believe in the management process and the development of people. over all good place.

      Cons

      long hours and sometimes changing expectations hurt some of the performance based incentives.
