Constantly getting new supervisors/superintendents not a good thing especially if they don’t know what they are doing. The environment is toxic exposure to toxic chemicals. Lack of training across the board. They make it hard to make more money. Bad hiring habits hiring people that can’t do the job. The maintenance schedules rotate every 3 months they usually start you on 3rd shift.
