      Pros

      Most co-worker relationships were pretty good, this was because we were all in the same boat.....a constantly listing one, eventually you will get sick.

      Cons

      Most commute to Greeley - for commute, all that Greeley does NOT have to offer and the SMELL of the city....wages are low. Management is awful, especially department and senior management. We used to all joke that if you stay long enough......you get J B.S.'d

      Pros

      Payed well but with all the hours that were required was it really worth it at the end of the day it are the families that lose.

      Cons

      In the three years that I worked their I was never told by my manager that I did a good job. All I ever heard was about things that didn't go has plained.

      Pros

      Great opportunities to learn and grow. Company Is willing to take a chance on new ideas and to give employees roles they wouldn't qualify for elsewhere.

      Cons

      You get the experience, but not the pay. It is worth it for a period do time but not long term. Too much HR control and input. The business is pushed to excel at lean staffing levels but then they are bloated in the HR realms.
