Pros

Loved all the benefits that come with being in a union, loved the once a week pay, and you get a nice discount on all meat products.

Cons

The supervisor in this place are clowns, to much overtime, and it's cold working in the freezer and if one of the machines go down they make you stay in the cold

- Working environment not so great: the office is close to the factory and sometimes you can smell the animals (lamb/sheep/cow/ox) - Sometimes need to do overtime without getting paid
