Pros
A good reason to work there is, everybody eats meat and you'll always have a job if, you can tought it out.
Cons
Extremely old plant that pays very little attention to preventative maintenance and chooses to make most repairs after equipment fails. What's more, all they have is a couple older portable welders that don't run well, a 1 hp drillpress, a couple bearing pullers and hand tools. No lathe, mills, no shear or iron worker and lots of overtime. In my 30+ years of being a maintenance mechanic this was the poorest equipped shop I've ever worked in.
