Pros

There really aren't too many pros. The only thing is the medical benefits. All the other things would be cons.

Cons

The hours demanded of salaried employees is a minimum of 11 hours a day. For the most part an average day is at least 12 hours. There is no work life balance. Management hired on site is concerned with only what their bosses will think instead of doing the right thing.

Values of the company, accessibility to top level management, open environment for proactiveness, wide range of industries and possible opportunities.

Cons

High turnover, senior management and HR not focussed on developing people, no differentiation between bad and good professionals (the last lacks inside the company).
