We THOUGHT it was to be home every night and off on weekends for Sunday church. We Thought it was to pay 1300 to 1500 per week.

Cons

The Cactus, TX location is not run honestly or professionally. There was no way to be home like they said because, in order to make 1300 you had to either run 4 "turn and burn" loads OR work the cattle trucks anywhere from 0230 to 1830, at LEAST 14 hours a day. Herding the cattle on foot into the truck is insanely dangerous and demanding... especially when hired as a driver!?!?! They cater to the Hispanic workforce majority and there is reverse discrimination going on.

The only 2 pros so far that I see will the insurance with it's great and the opportunity to go up thru the plant.

Cons

Management team needs to be more info the safety and health of the employees rather than the merchandise.
