      Pros

      Northern Colorado location and generally good commute.

      Cons

      Other areas within the company appeared much better, however, within my area, it was an extremely unfavorable work environment, with hypocrisy of upper management not practicing the company's stated values and not to be trusted. Rather than welcoming questions and employees trying to gain a better understanding and/or improve processes, employees who do are penalized. Benefits are sub-par. Retirement is 401k only - employer matching contributions don't begin until after one year of employment, and it's a five year vesting. Medical "choice" is high deductible plan only.

      The location of the building.

      Everything was a con. Poor attitude from management with no thanks for the extra hours and huge work loads that were executed. The management really made me feel like I was flat out shunned and they did not care. Nothing was or ever will be 'good enough.' This really negatively affected my well-being and it was NOT worth it. I literally found myself trying to just find a way to continue on...however, I could not. My experience with trying to attain assistance from HR was beyond horrible. (I caught them in a lie that ended up costing someone their job.) ***After my experiences I can confidently state that this is NOT a company anyone should work for or support.*** Nothing special about the 'benefits', the 401K was only a 2% match.

      Great deals on meat a few times a year

      If you are not Brazilian its hard to move up in the company. The IT department is treated very poorly.
