You get really great health insurance and other benefits after 90 days of employment Paid holidays Paid vacation time(if they let you even take it)
Cons
Rough working conditions, your body will hurt no matter what position you work. Lots of people end up having surgeries for their hands and wrists. Super fast pace, not enough employees to keep up with it. Management has poor communication skills, they'll get right in your face and scream at you so you have to get used to that. Really unpleasant smells, some environments are susceptible to extreme heat.
