Pros
The pay is decent. Cafeteria is nice you use your badge to pay for the food and it will come out of your check.
Cons
The company does not care about the employee. They treat you bad. They have you doing other people's work instead of you're own, but want you to know your job that you only worked 1 time in 2 months. You can not move from B shift to A shift. I have tried to do this for a long time. Biggest problem they are RACIST and will DISCRIMINATE against people. I have seen this happen to many times to several people including myself. Breaks lol might as well not even take your 1 15 minute break you really only have 5 mins. taking off and putting back on your cut sleeves, frock, belt that's holding your knives and steel, 3 pairs of gloves, a mesh glove, a plastic arm guard, and a mesh apron are all apart of your break. You have to have all of this back on and on the line before it starts. So many negative things to say about this employer. I could go on and on.
