      Good people in the middle management tier.

      Cons

      They preach a "People First" culture that isn't fully carried out by some managers. Long hours for a manager. I worked 16-18 hour days at times 6-7 days a week. I worked for over a full year and I was denied the yearly bonus that I more than earned.
