Work with very hardworking people, the pay is above average, they like to promote from within and see their people grow and learn (as long as it's in the department they want you to be in)

Cons

Long hours, high expectations, no work life balance cut throat environment. Although everyone is such hard-workers they will step on anyone to further themselves. Not conducive for a creative, different thinking.
