Good company culture and values. Decent pay, good deals on meat and nice gift packages for Christmas.

Cons

No bonuses, small annual raises, not much potential to move around/ move up. Not much vacation and wick time, wages and salary are on the lower side of national averages. Minimal benefits offered.
