Pros

None, except if you like working with Brazilians this is the place to be. They micro manage & make you work 10 hours a day and work as a slog machine, non-innovative.

Cons

1. Micro Manage 2. Dumb Leadership 3. Greeley, Colorado - Great place for Beef industry but not for living 4. Non-Innovative compared to public competitors 5. Loads and Loads of debt 6. Retains employees by making them sign contracts 7. False promises of going public 8. Underpaid 9. Average age is >45, all they understand is excel or black screen. 10. Whole organization works on what the owner family says in Brazil who are in deep debt. Any money made here is used to pay off debt in brazil. 11.Watch netflix documentary, you will understand the bribery charges etc 12. Worse job security if you are in technical/analytical field. All they hire is Agriculture degree people from CSU and TAMU.

Pros

The pay is great, the schedule can be flexible.

Cons

The "team" does not operate as a team. People are so mean and nasty. It's hard to be a part of an atmosphere like that and leads to a very negative experience. Former GM told everyone not to speak with him unless they were management. Terrible culture.
