Pros

Worked for 5 years. Build future banking platforms for bank. And this is what I noticed: - Great company - Always adopts latest technologies - Lot of internal opportunities.

Cons

- Lacks transparency - Bureaucracy wins. Not efforts or fairness - I have seen managers being hired not for their competency but only because they know higher peers. This disturbs balance in teams. - When someone raise concern, manager's usually try to suppress. Position matters.
