      Pros

      Chase has a great benefit, and pay structure and offers a great brand.

      Cons

      At times in the division I was in management wasn't sure which end was up and poor business decisions were made. Communciation amongst all levels was lacking at times.

      Pros

      Established position, strong capabilities across many products, and very smart, dedicated employees. I learned a lot about skill set and vastly improved upon other areas that turned out to be quite marketable.

      Cons

      Say goodbye to free time. This is not a work/life role obviously, but that's what you sign up for in IB.

      High salary with good bonus structure, meritocratic, so if you're good you ll advance, great CEO who is looking into the future

      Cons

      Very competitive with many juniors equally as smart and as talented all looking to make it, can sometimes feel like a number
