Pros

Among Wall St banks, this is a less type-A and more ethical culture than the other ones. The people tend not to be too into themselves Very encouraging for mobility, including international moves Plenty of positions within the firm and many stay for long careers or even come back from competitors

Cons

Things move slowly - too big and bureacratic with so many signoffs on everything Siloed departments means sometimes resources are safely guarded instead of shared for best practices or efficiency Benefits are not always as good as competitors but decent

Pros

Its a big company so there are many opportunities available and plenty of areas for advancement. The company does take care of their employees and there great perks.

Cons

Its a big company so it is east to get lost in the shuffle of a big company. Because it does deal with the financial industry a lot of regulations are involved that need to be followed.
