Pros

4 weeks vacation as an exempt employee. strong CEO

Cons

The bank works you hard. No overtime, and believes in squeezing every ounce of work they can get out of you. Sometimes it feels like you're doing work for 2. For that reason the job feels underpaid by about 10%-15%.

Good corporate governance, great risk management principles

Big firm also means more bureaucracy in structure. Very competitive work environment and long hours demanded in HK.
