Pros

Great prestige, security of job and it provides the training you would expect from a top tier bank. The fact that it includes IB, Asset Management, PB, Custody etc gives a lot of room for changing

Cons

The company is huge and politics exist. Especially regarding promotion and pay its stab or be back stabed. The environment is competitive and its hard to make friendships

Name Branding Street Profile of Senior Management Corporate stability General benefits (401K, Insurance)

Cons

Limited advancement opportunity. Culture in many areas remains the "Old Boys Club". Nominal workforce diversity. Female professionals appear to have a corporate "expiration" date.
