To much infighting between teams. Considerable amount of time spent "reorganizing" and not enough time spent analyzing shortcomings. Processes and procedures hard to follow or missing completely.

Many departments have been phased out and outsourced overseas. Also work-life balance can be challenging, especially with international client portfolios.
