Pros

Paid higher than national mimum wage and other compensation is good here.

Cons

Long hours, lack of flexibility, job satisfaction, deadlines, pressure, 1-2-1 review process, poor management. So you can increase efficiency, drive down costs and save millions, great..... unfortunately you will be rewarded with the above whilst being managed by some project manager dinosaur.

Pros

I am really trying to think of any. The pay was above average but not worth it for the hours expected.

Cons

Poor management who did not do any work (they neither had the knowledge or expertise and were very lazy) and made a career out of criticising staff. Very bureaucratic Long working hours
