Pros

Some great collaborative individuals, however, not encouraged in this place.

Cons

Office politics dictate mobility and promotions. Management is so used to people leaving within 2 years of their employment that no attempts at increasing retention among staff are employed. The work environment is toxic.

Pros

Great people at team level Good experience for developing knowledge and skills

Cons

Overworked and under paid. Expected to do masses of overtime and no thanks given. Toxic culture at the top, and very much a “face face has to fit” culture.

Pros

I worked here as a full time software developer for almost 5 years. It was good experience, following are the pros: --1) Company provides good benefits like daily food allowance, free transport, health insurance etc. --2) WFH was not allowed in general (as per office policy), but there were lenient teams which allowed the team-members to do WFH. --3) As a software developer I enjoyed flexible working hours, no micro-management. --4) There was not much of learning in the first half of my stint in the company, but in the second half learned a lot of new technologies. --5) Was hired with a handsome pay package. --6) Good place to learn about investment domain. That will help you if you want to grow in BFSI companies.

Cons

--1) It is a gigantic and slow moving company. They don't adapt cutting edge technologies rapidly. Hence, there was not much of learning in the first half of my stint in the company. --2) They will pay you very good package while hiring you, but after that yearly increment and promotion policies are not that attractive. --3) Moving to new project is not easy. --4) Not much of traveling opportunity. --5) Year-end bonus is much less than its competitors.
