Pros

Highly skilled colleagues. Dozens of internal technological initiatives and workstreams. Payment above average (in a poor country...). Budget to invest in your work from home (too little, but better than nothing). Strict code of conduct set very high standards of partnership and respect in working environment.

Cons

NO work-life balance. Be prepared to work 10-15 hours a day. The company has lost itself on its own gigantism, many teams, unlimited stakeholders, unreachable people across the organization. Micromanagement everywhere. Lack of ownership makes teams try to push issues between one another in order to comply with their own unfeasible deadlines. Escalation as BAU - the need of escalating concerns and requests in order to get some work done. Daily.
