Pros

It's a large company and you can learn a lot. There certainly are employees who care.

Cons

Your experience is completely dependant on the senior partners you are aligned with. Feedback is not as present as they make it seem. Culture on my team was very superficial nice, and many were not warm, yet never cold enough to make it an issue. Favoritism really exists unfortunately. Hard work does pay off but you really have to speak up for yourself and celebrate your wins vocally or they won't go noticed.
