Pros

- Great compensation and benefits package (higher/better than industry average) - Great, very intelligent and highly educated and motivated people who are also friendly and helpful (speaking in general terms - there are always exclusions to any rule) - Fantastic philanthropic initiatives (many opportunities for volunteering and charity work as well as matched payroll giving) - Many opportunities for growth and development; has internal international mobility program - Many opportunities for flexible work arrangements

Cons

- Very selective of new applicants not entering through graduate programs (i.e. hard to get a job) - The working hours can be demanding depending on the business, work team, etc. - Promotion criteria is not fully transparent - Training can be hit or miss

Pros

Ability to learn a broad range of skills

Cons

A lot of swirl and little coordinated efforts. Pay increases are minimal. Senior management is typically replaced/rotated out on a regular basis which creates all new reporting and process; which isn't always for the better.
