      Pros

      A lot of freedom & independence especially if field-based however unsure if this is simply a consequence of poor management? People are generally nice and willing to help

      Cons

      Massive territories and virtually no support while out in the field, also very little empowerment from management to be able to sort issues on the spot and add value to customers/dealers/company

      Pros

      Some very nice and competent people work there, product is good. Canteen is good in Basildon. Some good senior managers

      Cons

      HR are the most incompetent I have encountered in a long career, have been caught blatantly lying to current and new staff a number of times. Car scheme is very expensive and you have to pay to leave it if you change company during the 2 year term of the car. Some good senior managers are not allowed to manage as they are over ruled by some very inexperienced and inept management in Turin who think they know better. Culture is “it won’t change so why bother”
