      Pros

      I have been working at Ituran for a while now, and my experience has been a mixture of positives and negatives. The company adopts new and mainstream technologies which is great for devops employees. Family team.

      Cons

      While the company offers some interesting technology and a pleasant working environment, I have found the management's reliance on old methods to be quite frustrating. The provision of feedback for the employees is conspicuously absent, which creates a noticeable void in the assessment and development process. Regrettably, the company lacks an annual feedback conversation, as well as a structured and formal mechanism to gauge and evaluate my performance accurately.
