      Pros

      You always get a paycheck; backed by the headquarters in Israel. Lots of parties and fanfare but always less emphasis on the real employee concerns. Great job for students while in college not looking for future here.

      Cons

      5 Directors run everything & can do whatever they want, & don't mind to boast about it to employees. What they say goes and is believed. Very poor morale. People are honest with CEO but nothing changes. Socializing frowned upon during work day and they spy on our calls, screens, cameras looking to find something on you. Revolving door.
