Cons

Toxic Work Culture & Poor Leadership This company operates entirely on politics. If the CEO likes you, you’re safe; if not, your performance is immediately questioned, and you’ll quickly be labeled “unprofessional” or “unproductive.” Terminations are frequent and often arbitrary—over 40 employees were either let go or resigned within a single year. The majority of staff (around 90%) are burnt out. Bonuses and salary increments are not based on performance but on the CEO’s mood, which creates an unstable and highly unprofessional environment. Salaries are far below market standards, yet many stay because they’ve learned how to “play the game” rather than because of genuine career growth. The company falsely advertises work-life balance and a positive environment. In reality, employees are overworked, overstimulated, and regularly disrespected (including shouting and public humiliation over human errors). Burnout and illness are treated as personal failures rather than the result of toxic management practices. In short: low pay, high stress, unstable job security, and a culture driven by favoritism rather than merit.
