Pros

None. This place is so depressing I honestly have nothing good to say about them. They are a shady company that treats employees horribly. I started with Synovate which was ok but when Ipsos took over it all deteriorated. Horible, demoralizing unappreciative. Should I go on?

Cons

Everything! Low pay, harassment, bad employee reviews so they don't have to pay bonuses, treat employees like slave labor, takes employee's whole paycheck, force sick people to come back from leave early, no incentive to work just constant putdowns

Pros

None cakes every months and bAgels on Friday. Health insurNce expensive

Cons

Your bonus and raises are relied on north America making a profit not on performance. No work life balance even though it's promoted. Deadline set by Paris are unrealistic no holiday time off during the first two weeks of the close. No promotion you will always be a staff accountant. They like people who just follow and don't ask questions. Systems are outdatlots a llot of data entry exercises. Paris treats the usa as a Sweat shop.

Pros

It's a big company with all the perks you'd expect from one in terms of benefits. Most people I interacted with outside the SF office seemed capable, respectful, and deserving of their titles. (Wish I could say the same for the SF office...)

Cons

In this particular office (because I can't speak to any others) leadership is extremely poor, employee morale is very low, and some people in management roles should definitely not be in them.
