Pros

Make some amazing contacts/friends that you will take with you within/without the industry. Work with some of the largest companies. Reputable company in the industry. Tons of experience

Cons

Long hours - way overworked, understaffed. Salary barely competitive in industry. Benefits and perks have consistently declined EVERY year over the past decade. Company growth is limited, but revenue goals are not reflective of this - set up for failure (no bonuses).

Enjoy the work, interesting studies.

Cons

Management need leadership, lousy pay, they underpay for what you do, they say you will have potential for bonuses at end of year, but your lucky to receive $100.00 bonus. It's a lot of work but not worth the pay.

CEO and CFO have complete lack of respect for the people in their organisation. They put their own personal interests ahead of everything else, to the dire detriment of this publicly-traded company.
