Pros

It's a great place to learn market research: methodologies, presentation skills, teamwork. It does vary from team to team but you have the opportunity to work from home, three weeks of paid vacation and great team members who are willing to teach and help you.

Cons

The main reason I left was because of the poor pay. It's really below average compared to other companies in the market.

Pros

Glorious past as the only international research supplier in Switzerland. Geneva office was considered a hub for Europe but not credible anymore.

Cons

- no interest in people - narrow minded approach to everything - management lives in an isolation booth - no strategic planning - bad reputation in the market - ridiculous salaries - disproportionate number of burn outs

Pros

Decent work/life balance, perks, time off, understanding team managers. People are very patient and willing to explain things to entry level employees.

Cons

Workload can get intense. Not much emphasis or interest in visual creativity or elevating deliverables into the 21st century. General office culture is very bland, and office outings/parties are very boring.
