Pros

Flexible working hours (subject to availability) which is rare.

Cons

Constant pressure from managers. Lack of professionalism in the office, especially towards women. Poor basic facilities like working coffee machines, broken chairs in the break room and unclean toilets (especially in the evening and weekend shifts).

Pros

Staff is truly committed to creating the best client deliverables possible.

Cons

Paris HQ is micro-managing to the extreme. Groups need endless layers of approvals to do anything out of the box. Every position requisition requires two approvals from the country's CFO; one at the position posting request, one when you have found a candidate and want to make an offer. Lost many good candidates waiting for approvals.
