Pros

The GOLD program was a great way to get fresh out of college grads exposed to the world of market research. Lots of training opportunities. Very smart colleagues.

Cons

The worst work-life balance out of any corporate job I've ever had. Poor morale, sometimes degrading management. Below average pay, but they get away with it because they know they're a well-known company.

Pros

Amazing access to research resources across the company, super skilled analysts, friendly and supportive colleagues, good opportunities to learn new methodologies

Cons

Leadership gave a lot of whiplash - really should call it gaslighting- would be pulled in for my expertise, ignored, told to accept rush projects, driven to work at unacceptable paces and management would make mistakes and yell at their team after apologizing for putting them through that. This was really a handful of people and definitely didn’t apply to several of my coworker’s teams. Depended who you ended up reporting to.
