      Wreckless growth with disregard for lower-level employees.

      Pros

      Exposure to leading/innovative research methodologies and techniques.

      Cons

      Inconsistent leadership.....focus on high-level management and disregard for lower-level positions; even when many lower-level employees have tenure with the company over newer, high-level management that has been brought in due to wreckless company growth. No real growth plan.....always just striving to keep up with demand.

      -Plenty of training provided for entry level -Professional environment, but employees still joke around at the right time -Can pick up a lot of experience within a year or 2 -Teamwork is big

      Cons

      -Very poor in terms of career development -Poor communication from upper management at times -Underpaid compared to competitors -After a long time in entry level, there's a real lack of challenges
