Pros

Ipsos provides good benefits as well as lots of on the job training with regards to both professional development and skills.

Cons

The heavy focus on sales and revenue generation sometimes masks the positive impact that good employees have on the company.

Pros

Great place for your first job, if you are still student or fresh graduate. Rich multicultural environment, interesting projects and opportunities. Nice work environment. Very young teams, average age less than 30.

Cons

Miserable salary for first 12 months. Mediocre for 13-36 months. Enormous workload. If you care what you do, expect 9-10 hours average working day. The applications and systems have very poor performance and waste more of you time. 20%+ per year employee loss, putting more stress on those left behind.
