Pros
Very relaxed corporate culture with high levels of communication with colleagues due to the structure of the office. Interesting demographic in the ofice which allow a wide exposure to diferent nationalitiy's culture High level of trust in junior reseachers by immediate superior which allow for more room to execute a deliverable
Cons
Office building and area is nothing much to speak about when comparing to the other research agencies. Lack of staff benefit besides the monthly fruits on the 1st Monday of every month. Can seem lik there is a lack of privacy at times with the office structure which is quite a double edged sword
