Pros

Work from home, flexible work pattern (if you are offered shifts) bonus scheme on some projects. Good as a temporary job for people such as students. There is opportunity to progress here to a supervisory role. Diversity is promoted here.

Cons

Most of the supervisors don't know how to motivate the staff. I've often seen employees on the top ten list one month and not being offered shifts next month. You are just a number here in this job role, they do not care about you. Pay can be wrong at times, do check your payslip. Not guaranteed work. Can be repetitive and boring after a while.
