Pros

A relaxed and fun culture. Everyone is nice

Cons

How hard you work has nothing to do with your salary or bonus, which is incredibly demoralizing. No matter how well your team does, if your business unit does poorly (and market research isn't doing so well), you get milk money for a bonus and the most minimum raise they could give without violating labor laws. It is incredibly difficult to stay happy and motivated.

Pros

emerging as one of the most comprehensive market research entities on a global scale. fantastic opportunity to be involved in how measuring impact stays relevant to communication needs today.

Cons

Siloe'd offices define the independent limitations. Overly reliant on profits from practices that are no longer relevant. Letting the client direct takes away value of being an expert and a true partner. Local management doesn't have clarity with staff.
