It is a great place to work. It has a very developed set of research tools. The company is also always looking to develop new digital solutions. It arranges for regular training for its employees.

Cons

The only drawback I would say is that it has a number of research specialisms that work in silos. Sometimes it is a task to bring different teams together to work on a project which might be very important to one team, but not the other.

Some of the employees, well most of the employees are very kind and can be helpful.

Cons

Upper management does not try to help very much, leaders of functions go passed you and complain to upper management instead of coming to you directly and helping you figure out what you don't know.
