The client centric atmosphere is exciting. The firm has numerous resources and trainings and coworkers are friendly and willing to assist.

Cons

Internal shifts and restructuring complicates management teams and growth potential. The merger with Synovate resulted in numerous complications and could have been handled better. Moral was low for over a year due to layoffs and lack of job security. The wages are low compared to other firms in the industry.

One of the main cons of this job, is the job nature is way too boring that many people cannot stand and quit.

Well recognized parent company name.

Cons

Senior Leadership continuously turns over. Policies change rapidly with little to no understanding. Very long hours and stress level with little to no support from management. Review process is extremely long and has taken 3+ months in past years. Salaries are low and do not compensate properly for the work that is being carried out.
