Pros

Good projects, nice colleagues. People are very willing to help us if you need any. Minimal politics.

Cons

Technology (e.g. Big data and Social media) is changin the industry but the company fails to catch up with the trend. Projects compete on pricing mainly instead of expertise. Hours can be long but you only get 3% raise in salary. Too botton line driven. I can't really see the leadership of senior management. No strategies, no visions. Only putting employee at expense.

Pros

Strong researchers and business consultants, with some unique and strong research tools. Good relationships with many top tier clients, across all aspects of consumer insights.

Cons

Senior leadership is confused, and hasn't provided a path into the new world of research. There is only a vague corporate strategy, in part because the different divisions of the company are quite diverse. Not willing to take a stand on the direction of the company.
