Pros

I really can't think of anything good aside from some of the other people in work with.

Cons

Little communication to help employees unless it's to tell us about stuff we can sell to clients. people leave without any reason being given and they are rarely replaced. 60, 70 80 hour weeks are fairly common. The standard is 50+, but HR make out that such weeks are the exception, when everybody knows they are the norm

Pros

Salaries are reviewed every year. You will have lots of time and opportunities to experiment on new tools or features.

Cons

Current back-end design isn't the best out there. You'll need a lot of hacks in your code to account for inefficiencies in the back-end, unless of course you have the time to re-design the entire thing. Which is hard given the sheer amount and nature of their data.

Pros

Ipsos is great if you want stability, resources and a generally talented executive team.

Cons

This is not the place for upward mobility, staying current on research trends, and/or instiling imagination
