Senior Management is clueless when it comes to keeping their employees happy. They have no comprehension of the tension that exists in the office among junior staff, and if they do, they're not making any concerted efforts to fix it. People have been leaving left right and center because everyone has realized you work long hard hours and there is little compensatory benefits (ie. no bonus or raises), and it seems like there's been a promotion freeze. Junior people are getting stuck in their roles, and seeing senior people being hired ahead of them instead of being promoted.
Even now the President of NA has been made aware of this website and instead of taking these reviews as feedback for how to better the organization he's simply told everyone to write good reviews so that we can maintain the image of being a great company to work for. He doesn't see to understand that you can't tell people to say nice things, you have to give them a reason to say nice things.
